This Mindset Monday, RBBI welcomes Damien Santos, owner of Westcoast Barbershop, for a special guest session focused on social media marketing and building your personal brand in the barbering industry.

With 17+ years of industry experience and more than seven Westcoast Barbershop locations across the United States, Damien will share real-world insight into how barbers can use social media to get noticed, attract clients, grow their reputation, and create opportunities beyond the chair.

Students will learn about building an online presence, marketing their work, growing a clientele through social media, and thinking like both a barber and a business owner.
